Course Synopsis:
(This course was held on 3 - 10 Nov [2 Sat])
To live in a world permeated with evil is enough to make you angry. Those we love can arouse deep anger within us as they purposely or unknowingly hurt us. How should the Christian respond to all these? Is it legitimate to become angry, either over our own pain or the suffering inflicted on others?

These sessions seek to grapple with these issues and the problem with anger. It will also deal with an understanding of anger, its causes and functions, the dysfunctional ways of managing anger and how to handle it appropriately. It will further look into an understanding and appropriation of forgiveness as one of the ways to handle anger when you are hurt in a personal and interpersonal way.
