• St Andrew's Cathedral is a community of believers in Jesus Christ as Lord and Saviour seeking to glorify God as a witnessing and caring Church.
• In public worship we celebrate God's presence.
• In fellowship we care for and encourage one another to be like Christ.
• In training we grow in the knowledge of Christ and equip ourselves for God's work.
• In serving we utilise our talents and resources to minister to each other's needs and to help God's Church to grow. 
• In evangelism we reach out to others with the Gospel of Christ.
