FINANCE MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain full sets of accounts and reporting to relevant Committees

• Assists SAC management in effective financial management of the Cathedral’s resources

• Supervise day-to-day operations of finance team

• Responsible for timely and accurate preparation of monthly financial reports and others

• Liaise with external auditors and ensure financial reporting compliance

• Familiar with the current regulatory and governance requirements

• Formulate and implement financial policies compliant with good governance and controls for NPO

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in accounting; ACCA / CPA an advantage

• Minimum 3 years experience in supervisory position

• Experience in preparation of full set of accounts

• Experience with Accpac preferred

• Meticulous with high-degree of accuracy and attention to details

• Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills

• Must be a matured born-again Christian

• Singaporean or Singapore PR

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Has a pleasant and mature disposition with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be organised, resourceful and has good follow-through skills

• Must be proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently

FACILITIES MANAGER

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide leadership to the team of general workers that render support to Cathedral Events

• Oversee the upkeep & maintenance of the Cathedral & Cathedral-owned properties

• Responsible for vendor liaison and management

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum diploma/degree in Facilities Management/Building Maintenance or other related discipline

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience

• Must be organised and systematic

• Must have excellent leadership, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills

• Must be a matured born-again Christian

• Singaporean or Singapore PR

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Has a pleasant and mature disposition with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be organised, resourceful and has good follow-through skills

• Must be proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently

HR EXECUTIVE

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in recruitment, orientation, confirmation and appraisal process

• Attend to HR-related enquiries from staff

• Maintain updated HR records and support the online HR E-Portal

• Support HR Manager in any ad-hoc HR tasks

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in Business / HR Management

• 2-3 years HR administrative experience

• Must be effectively bilingual

• Knowledge of EasyPay Enterprise System advantageous

• Must be a matured born-again Christian

• Singaporean or Singapore PR

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

• Has a pleasant and mature disposition with excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Must be organised, resourceful and has good follow-through skills

• Must be proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently

MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Reporting to the Facilities Manager, the candidate will form part of the team overseeing the day-to-day maintenance and repair works of the Cathedral premise, and other Cathedral-owned properties.

REQUIREMENTS

• Must be a matured born-again Christian

• ITE / NTC Certification in Building Maintenance beneficial

• Singaporean or Singapore PR

• Must be willing to work shifts and on Sundays

• Must be hardworking and physically fit

• Can liaise with English and Chinese-speaking colleagues
